You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused, unopened, and in original packaging

With all accessories, manuals, and tags

Accompanied by proof of purchase
⚠ Items returned without prior approval (RMA) will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Email info@luminest.tech with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

If eligible, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide the correct warehouse return address.

Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
Costs & Restocking

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, per supplier/manufacturer requirements.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. We will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund.

Once the return is received and inspected by the supplier/manufacturer, we’ll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary).

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the unwanted item (once approved) and place a new order.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off (for EU deliveries)
If your order ships into the EU, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
